NTNU has formally established the Office of Bilingual Education (OBE) to implement the bilingual education policies of the university.
The mission of OBE is as follows:
To develop an internationalized atmosphere conducive to bilingual learning by providing support and resources to all NTNU units, both administrative and academic. Under the guidance of university leadership, gather feedback from all stakeholders and generate consensus and strategies to ensure successful implementations of university policies and achieving of bilingual education goals.
Our responsibilities are：
• Bring all relevant stakeholders together to formulate policies, allocate resources, and implement strategies.
• Complete review and overhaul of EMI related policies and bylaws.
• Reallocate funds resources; assist all the colleges and departments expand current EMI training and certification program.
• Track the progress, performance indicator and the budget implementation efficiency of the program regularly.
• Organize the annual management examination conference to draw up the new annual strategies of the program.
